Maid & OL

Taketatsu Ayana-san is in the maid clothes and Noto Arisa-san looking like an OL.
They grew accustomed to wearing so few costumes, however, both are very well-suited to them.

Peaceful

The main cast on set swells to become larger and larger.
Director Oomori's acting coaching, among other things, cuts out the laughter.

Bustling

Ataeya is always bustling.
The staff and cast tried hard to recreate the atmosphere of the original work.

Curry

Today's lunch is curry rice.
Everyone is enjoying the "Ataeya Curry" from the movie.

Koyuri

In the role of Atae Koyuri, Igarashi Reiko-san joins us for filming.
The great tension of Koyuri's character identically matches Igarashi-san.

Marumi

In the role of Atae Marumi, we are joined by Kouda Mariko-san.
The atmosphere on set became very calm, due to her soothing aura.

Ataeya

We begin filming at Yakumo's house, which also happens to be a curry shop called "Ataeya".
The Ataeya sign is being replaced.
We borrowed the location from the owners of a Sri Lankan curry restaurant and bar in Kudanshita called "Kanchana".

Residential Area

Continuing on, we are filming in a residential area.
Timing was difficult for this scene because of the minute plan that was explained by Director Oomori.

Running!!

We are filming Atae Yakumo's running scene.
He ran for an incredibly long distance, for this shoot, with intense physical strength.

The weather is very warm on location during this day in October.
Satou Hisanori-san was hot from running with all his energy many times over.

Tsurugi's Room

Continuing on, we are shooting a scene in Tsurugi's room.
There are many tough elements because Tsurugi is an unusual girl.

Garden

Continuing on, we are filming a scene in the garden.

Wielding the wooden sword is Sudou Maasa-san.
Of course, Tsurugi Yabusame herself posing as such has the impression of being imposing.

Tsurugi Yabusame

We start filming Tsurugi Yabusame's scene.
To start with we came from shooting the start of a previous scene.
Satou Hisanori-san taking out detailed instructions for the shoot from Director Oomori.

Suzuki Hiroki-san Crank Up

Suzuki Hiroki-san, in the role of Ishikiri Kiyomaro, quickly cranks up.

In only a short time of filming, he and Satou Hisanori-san, in the role of Atae Yakumo, became a great combination.
